Allison Mattia Roberts

Ms. Roberts is a true advocate for her clients and their families.
With years of experience in Family Law, Criminal Defense, and Wills & Estate Administration, and as a former prosecutor, Ms. Roberts has a deep understanding of how the law affects all of us and has "seen it all."
Ms. Roberts always approaches divorce matters with the goal to amicably negotiate a resolution. From high-net-worth families involving complex financial matters to families in crisis facing overlapping substance abuse or child welfare concerns, Ms. Roberts has the skill set to help across the board. If a matter must be litigated, Ms. Roberts has years of trial experience, particularly in the area of domestic violence, separating her from her peers.
Ms. Roberts has completed the 40-hour Mediation Training and is on the Court Roster of Family Law Mediators, "I am pleased to expand my services into mediation, especially due to the pandemic-influenced heavy backlog at the courts. This is a much more efficient and effective route for clients to take," says Ms. Roberts.
After 5 years as a prosecutor, Ms. Roberts returned home to New Jersey and has acquired countless hours of experience in Superior, Juvenile, and Municipal courts of law as well as extensive experience in divorce mediation and litigation.
